The All India Congress Committee or AICC has given a memorandum to the Election Commission requesting it to issue directions to the concerned Returning Officer to cancel vote cast by Jharkhand Vikas Morcha MLA Prakash Ram alleging he intentionally didn't show ballot paper and concealed the marked column.
