UP By-Election Results 2018: Security Heightened in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur And Phulpur
Security across the Gorakhpur and Phulpur constituencies in Uttar Pradesh have been tightened as counting of votes is under way. An Election Commission official said all arrangements had been made to ensure that counting of ballots could be carried out smoothly. The results, he said, are expected to be declared by the afternoon.
