Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Agartala for the swearing-in ceremony of Biplab Kumar Deb. Mr Deb will take over the reins from outgoing chief minister Manik Sarkar, who ruled the state for 20 years. The prime minister was received by Tripura Governor Tathagata Roy and Chief Minister designate Biplab Kumar Deb at the airport.
