Congress cadres from Andhra Pradesh today held a protest march here for special status for their state and were detained by the Delhi Police when they tried to move towards the Parliament complex. Led by Rajya Sabha MP KVP Ramachandra Rao the scores of Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee cadres staged a demonstration on Parliament Street raising their demand for special status category for the state.
