Gujarat Congress chief Bharatsinh Solanki has voted in Anand in the second phase of the Gujarat assembly election 2017. In Ahmedabad, voter turnout till 10 am has been reported at 9.6 per cent. The Gujarat assembly polls are being seen as a prestige battle for Prime Minister Modi, who belongs to Gujarat, and also the first major test of leadership for Congress president-elect Rahul Gandhi. Counting of votes is on December 18.
