Voting has started again after some EVMS malfunctioned, says official

"Have replaced two machines and one VVPAT, you cannot really call it a technical error, these are electronic items there can be some issues," Vipul Goti, Master Trainer of the Election Commission in Surat's Varaccha told news agency ANI. "Now everything is okay and voting has started," Mr Goti said.
