Giving an example, PM Modi said "Observe a man who goes to a railway station or elsewhere where there are 4 or 5 benches to sit on out of which 2 or 3 are dirty, you'll see the person will always automatically go and sit on the cleanest bench of them all. It is something that comes to all of us from within."

Citing every person's subconscious want for cleanliness, he urged the citizens of the country to ensure cleanliness around them.
