The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) provides a slew of online facilities for Aadhaar applicants and enrollees. One such service enables users to change, correct or update their address fed into the Aadhaar database by submitting valid documents digitally. Aadhaar-registered individuals can access this facility online either through the UIDAI website, uidai.gov.in, or mobile app mAadhaar. The UIDAI manages the biometric ID programme Aadhaar, and issues the 12-digit Aadhaar personal identification number, also known as Unique Identity Number.
