The Sensex rose over 150 points and Nifty was firm above 9,450 as hopes of rate cut by the Reserve Bank of India gained momentum after consumer price inflation fell to lowest level in 5 years in April. The benchmark Sensex and Nifty are trading close to their all-time high levels and analysts say that Nifty can go up to 9,600 in near term.
