Tata Sons to Raise Funds via 5-Year, 10-Year Bonds: Report

Tata Sons is looking to raise funds via 10-year bonds at 9.30 per cent and 5-year ones at 9.25 per cent, according to three sources directly associated with the deal.

IDFC is the sole arranger.

The book on both the tranches is about Rs 800 crore ($134.4 million), two of the sources said.
