Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Bharti Airtel in Focus Today

Tata Motors missed profit estimates in Q3; it reported a net profit of Rs 3,581 crore as against estimates of Rs 4,972 crore. JLR business was in-line with estimates, however India business continued to lag.
Bharti Airtel: French telecom group Orange is reportedly exploring purchasing telecom assets in Africa, which includes ones owned by Bharti Airtel.
Tata Steel will report its Q3 earnings; it is expected to report a consolidated net profit of Rs 162 crore on revenues of Rs 34,839 crore, according to analysts polled by NDTV.
SKS Microfinance has completed its fourth securitisation in FY15 of Rs 83 crore. Including this its total securitisation done in FY15 stood at Rs 775 crore.
Suzlon Energy will allot 13.6 crore equity shares to bond holders towards conversion of Step-up Convertible Bonds denominated in US dollars. Conversion price has been fixed at Rs 15.46 per share.
