SpiceJet Surges 10% on Capital Infusion Buzz

Shares in SpiceJet gained 10 per cent to its maximum intraday limit of Rs 18.30 after reports suggested that the company is likely to get fresh rounds of funds by January 10 and additional funds by beginning of February.

According to reports SpiceJet's former promoter Ajay Singh along with other potential investors have submitted a rescue plan for the beleaguered airline to the civil aviation ministry.
