Ramco Inks Deal to Provide Aviation Suite to Falcon Aviation

End-to-end enterprise solutions provider Ramco Systems said here on tuesday that it has signed a pact with the Middle East (West Asia) based Falcon Aviation Services to provide its aviation suite to the latter.

As per the agreement, Ramco would provide its complete engineering, materials management, maintenance, quality, flight operations, MRO modules, ERP financials, HR and payroll solution to Falcon Aviation.

"Falcon is one of the most successful corporate jet and helicopter service providers in the UAE and GCC region. We are happy to partner with them in their next phase of growth. In the year ahead, we look forward to continue this success and add marquee names such as Falcon to our customer footprint," Ramco Systems' chief executive Virender Aggarwal said.

Middle East and Africa are the third largest market for Ramco after India and the US, contributing 23 per cent to its overall revenue (FY 2013-14). Its clients in this region include Emirates, Schlumberger, GPCC, Group4Securitas, RedTag, Khimji Ramdas and Rakbank among others.

Based at Al Bateen executive airport, Falcon Aviation Services operates a fleet of corporate jets conducting VIP charter flights, as well as a fleet of helicopters serving the offshore oil and gas industry. The company also conducts search and rescue, aircraft management, maintenance, repairand overhaul (MRO), as well as consulting operations.

From using multiple disparate systems, we will move to a single integrated offering from Ramco, whose feature-rich offering with OFMS, mobility, flight contracting and workSpaces, ensured that we sealed the deal. Built for the aviation sector, the Ramco aviation suite caters to airlines, rotor wing operators, air cargo andthird party MROs among others.
