Marathon Nextgen Realty net profit declines 79.82% in the March 2009 quarter

Net profit of Marathon Nextgen Realty declined 79.82% to Rs 9.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2009 as against Rs 47.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2008. Sales declined 70.02% to Rs 21.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2009 as against Rs 71.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2008.

For the full year, net profit declined 32.81% to Rs 41.77 crore in the year ended March 2009 as against Rs 62.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2008. Sales rose 4.13% to Rs 105.04 crore in the year ended March 2009 as against Rs 100.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2008.
