Man Infraconstruction to debut on the bourses

Shares of Man Infraconstruction will be listed on the bourses today, 11 March 2010. The company had priced its initial public offer at Rs 252 a share, at the top end of the Rs 243-252 price band. The shares of the company will list on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Mahindra & Mahindra is reported to be in talks with Sonalika group to pick up a stake in the unlisted firm's unit which makes sports utility vehicles.

Gammon India has been awarded a Rs 632 crore project by Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation. The project is to construct a bridge and approaches over river Yamuna, it said in a statement.

Simplex Projects signed a contract to build a multi-level car parking facility in Guwahati, estimated to cost Rs 40 crore. The project is on a design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis for a period of 60 years, it said in a statement.
