Jet Airways, Vistara Locked in Aggressive Promotional Offers

Jet Airways is offering aggressive promotional schemes on routes operated by Vistara.

A JetPrivilege member will earn twice the number of base JPMiles on their economy class travel and thrice the number of base JPMiles on their premiere class travel, Jet Airways said on its website. This offer is valid for travel till March 31, 2015, and is applicable for travel between Mumbai, Delhi and Ahmedabad sectors only - the routes operated by Vistara.

Vistara, which began operations last month, plans to soon add Goa and Hyderabad to its network. Vistara, which is a joint venture between Singapore Airlines and Tata Sons, currently operates flights between Delhi, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

On its part, Vistara has rolled out a promotional offer "Fly Premium Economy & Get Double the Points." The offer is valid for travel March 5, 2015.

Earlier, budget carrier IndiGo had also unveiled discount offers on routes operated by Vistara. Advance fares 90 days ahead of travel on Delhi-Mumbai route started at Rs 2,953 while on Delhi-Ahmedabad at Rs 3,218, IndiGo said.
