Ipca Labs Posts Over Two-Fold Jump In Q1 Profit

New Delhi: Ipca Laboratories on Thursday reported an over two-fold jump in standalone net profit at Rs 47.57 crore for the fiscal first quarter that ended on June 30, on account of robust sales.

The company had posted a net profit of Rs 20.92 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, it said in a filing to the BSE.

Standalone total income from operations also rose to Rs 842.16 crore for the quarter under review, as against Rs 756.09 crore in the corresponding period last year.

While income from exports for the first quarter of this fiscal year was up 17 per cent at Rs 441.23 crore, the Indian formulations income for the quarter was up 9 per cent at Rs 345.21 crore, it said.
