Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd - Updates on Outcome of Board Meeting

Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2010, inter alia, also approved the following;  1. Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from Rs. 35 Crores to Rs. 60 Crores.  2. To raise funds upto Rs. 500 crores through GDR / FCCB / QIP or any other route.
