IFCI appoints Malay Mukherjee as chief executive, MD

IFCI Ltd has appointed Malay Mukherjee as its chief executive and managing director, the state-owned financial institution said in a statement on Thursday.

Prior to this, Mr Mukherjee was executive director of Central Bank of India.

Besides, Achal Kumar Gupta has been appointed as deputy managing director, the statement added.
