Hyundai Delivers 1 Lakh Units of 'Grand' in 10 Months

Hyundai Motor India Ltd on Friday said that it has delivered 1 lakh units of the 'Grand' within 10 months of its launch.

"The Grand is the only product to achieve an outstanding sales mark in the industry, consolidating Hyundai's position as a trend setter and leader in the compact car segment," the company said in a statement.

"Hyundai reaffirms its commitment to the customer and will continue to bring world-class products to the Indian market," Hyundai Motor India senior vice president-marketing and sales Rakesh Srivastava said.

"To meet the increase in demand we are continuously working to increase the production capacity."

The Grand was launched in September 2013.
