Honda Motorcycle & Scooter November Sales Down 12%

New Delhi: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) on Tuesday reported a 12 per cent decline in total sales at 3,26,895 units last month.

The two-wheeler manufacturer had sold 3,71,764 units in the corresponding month last year, it said in a statement.

Motorcycle sales declined 23.61 per cent to 1,04,490 units last month from 1,36,786 units in November 2014.

The company's scooter sales were at 2,08,014 units last month as against 2,16,952 units in the year-ago month - a drop of 4.11 per cent, it added.

Exports also declined 20.16 per cent to 14,391 units against 18,026 units in November last year, it said.
