HMSI sales rises 41% in February
The announcement follows a dramatic day that saw confusion prevail over numbers.

Two-wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported 41.30 per cent growth in its total sales for February at 2,06,043 units.
The company's total sales stood at 1,45,819 units in the corresponding month of the previous year, HMSI said in a statement.
Motorcycle sales jumped 26.06 per cent to 83,061 units in February this year as against 65,890 units in February 2011, it added.
The company reported an increase of 53.86 per cent in its scooter sales to 1,22,982 units from 79,929 units in February 2011.
