Dil Dhadakne Do Sees Strong Weekend at Box Office

Dil Dhadakne Do has seen a strong start at the box office, with the Zoya Akhtar film raking in good numbers in its first weekend.

Dil Dhadakne Do is a multi-starrer with Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma and Farhan Akhtar as part of its star-studded cast.

Dil Dhadakne Do is a family drama that revolves around a family cruise to Turkey and Greece and the events that unfold during the course of the 10-day tour.

Dil Dhadakne Do was released on Friday and has received a favourable response from the audience.

However, the film is lagging slightly behind Tanu Weds Manu Returns' first weekend box office collections.

"With around 37.05 crores in its kitty, the film's collections are little less than Tanu Weds Manu Returns' opening weekend," Bollywood website koimoi.com said.
