Cox & Kings Posts Loss of Rs 94.22 Crore in Q2

New Delhi: Tours and travel firm Cox & Kings on Friday reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 94.22 crore for the quarter ended September 2014.

The company had posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit/loss associates of Rs 263.73 crore for the corresponding period a year ago, or the second quarter of FY14, it added.

Consolidated total income from operations of the company, however, rose to Rs 867.47 crore for the second quarter of 2014-15 as against Rs 818.81 crore for the same period of last fiscal year.

Shares in Cox & Kings, on Friday, ended at Rs 308.10 apiece on the BSE, down 1.22 per cent from the previous close.
