New Delhi: Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd, the holding company of the Bajaj Group, has offloaded an over 2 per cent stake in Pune-based Force Motors for Rs 13.29 crore.
In a regulatory filing to the BSE on Thursday, Bajaj Holdings said it has sold 2,67,275 shares in Force Motors between July 14 and July 23, representing a 2.03 per cent stake.
After the stake sale, Bajaj's stake in Force Motors has come down to 9.01 per cent, down from 11.04 per cent earlier.
Force Motors sells a range of vehicles, including small commercial vehicles, multi-utility vehicles (MUVs), light commercial vehicles, sports utility vehicles (SUVs) and agricultural tractors.
Shares in Bajaj Holdings and Investment, on Thursday, ended at Rs 1,318.25 apiece on the BSE, up 0.25 per cent from the previous close.
