Healthcare services provider Apollo Hospitals Enterprise promoter Sangita Reddy on Friday offloaded 9.2 lakh shares of the company to a promoter group entity PCR Investments for over Rs 90 crore.
As per information available with the stock exchanges, PCR Investments has purchased the shares from Reddy through open market deals.
The shares were bought on an average price of Rs 979.49, valuing the transaction to Rs 90.11 crore.
As on June 30, Reddy held 33.82 lakh shares, amounting to 2.43 per cent stake, of Apollo Hospitals, while PCR Investments owned 2.47 crore scrips or 17.76 per cent holding in the healthcare firm during the period.
In a separate bulk deal, Route One Fund LP picked up 50,216 shares of rating agency ICRA Ltd for Rs 5.52 crore.
On Friday, Apollo Hospitals shares fell 2.02 per cent to settle at Rs 950.35 on the BSE, while shares in ICRA rose 0.61 per cent to finish at Rs 1,112.15.
