Telecom operator Aircel has launched a new offer for its postpaid users in which consumers can get 1GB data for free. If one pays his bill using the Aircel app, he will get 1GB datawithout paying any charges. The company informed about it on microblogging site Twitter saying: “Everyone loves free goodies. Grab yours too. Pay your bill online on the Aircel app and get 1 GB data FREE. Visit: http://bit.ly/2wmjWF7
”Once the user clicks on the link, he is directed to the Aircel app page which tells him everything about offers, paying the bill, managing his account and registering services requests, among other things.
Recently, Aircel said that it will offer Rs 100 as cashback
if a customer pays a bill worth Rs 200 using the Bharat QR code.
Aircel has also been in news for his upcoming merger with Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Communications (RCom). Last Month, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) cleared the merger.
RCom and Aircel had signed a definitive document for a proposed merger of their respective wireless businesses on September 14, 2016. Subsequently, the two telecom operators moved all the relevant statutory and regulatory bodies for approval of the merger scheme. The Competition Commission of India gave its approval to the merger scheme in February 2017.

for the month of July, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) said. This is the seventh month in a row in which the company has topped the TRAI speed chart.
