In a bid to make cash during the traditionally lean period of January, February and March, the country's national carrier Air India has launched a special short-term promotional fares scheme.
The offer is valid on specified domestic sectors, between January 16 and March 31, 2013.
The sale of tickets is open for just three days - November 19, 20 and 21.
The fares, inclusive of all taxes, under this scheme, have been kept very low ranging from just Rs 1,799 to Rs 4,199.
All fares quoted are for one-way journeys, and are valid on more than 325 city pairs.
Some of the fares under the scheme are:
Delhi-Mumbai Rs 3,699
