Jonathan Ross, an Iraq War veteran, has served nearly 20 years in Border Patrol and ICE Ross has been a deportation officer with ICE since 2015 and part of ICE's special response team Ross was seriously injured last June when dragged by a fleeing suspect's vehicle in Minnesota
