Kannada actor Ranya Rao led a gold smuggling network from Africa to Dubai to India. The operation began with a Rs 2 crore loss before earning over Rs 100 crore in a year. Rao was arrested at Bengaluru airport with 14.2 kg of gold bars worth Rs 12.56 crore.
