196 Nations Adopt Historic Climate Change Accord At COP21: Live Updates

The 21st United Nations Conference of the Parties, or COP21, on Sunday adopted the historic climate change agreement. The much-awaited deal was French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius banged down his gavel to rapturous applause, signalling the deal was agreed by nearly 200 nations.
