Hong Kong:
Hong Kong's former leader Donald Tsang, who ended his term in disgrace after accepting lavish gifts from tycoons, appeared in court today charged with misconduct in the latest high-profile corruption case to hit the city.
A grim-faced Donals Tsang, 70, was released on bail after saying earlier in a statement his "conscience is clear" over the allegations.
