Police officers respond to a report of a suspicious person at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain
Central Connecticut State University on Monday declared a campus emergency and told students and faculty to take shelter while police respond to an unspecified incident.
A university spokeswoman declined to comment on the nature of the incident.
