San Antonio:
A video has been released showing a baby girl sitting in the middle of the road as a bus driver spots her and stops.
Mike Hubbard was driving his route in San Antonia late at night in May 2009 when he came upon a baby girl sitting in a diaper in the middle of the road.
The on board security camera shows the bus approaching the baby. Hubbard stops the bus, calls for help and an unknown person is seen coming out from a house to pick up the child.
Destiny Flores, 2, is now fine and in state custody.
Her mother is currently involved in a court case fighting to retain custody of her and her two sisters.
The on board security camera video became available when a local TV station obtained it.
