Copenhagen:
California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger is in Copenhagen for the climate change conference.
According to his spokesman, Schwarzenegger has been invited to address the conference on the ways states and local governments can help combat climate change.
California is on track to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020, about a 30 percent cut from projected emissions. California's statewide mandate was the first for the US.
"This is of course the best cause I think I've ever been involved with. It's something that's a huge challenge, to make the world all go and march in the same direction and reduce greenhouse gases and save the world," said Arnold.
