There has been another attack against an Indian student in Australia. Mohit Mangal, an engineering student in Sydney, was beaten up with beer bottles by unidentified people on Friday night.
Mohit, who belongs to Indore, was working part time as a supervisor at a mall. This attack comes even as External Affairs Minister SM Krishna has been assured by Australia that they're doing all they can to ensure the safety of Indian students there.
PTI adds: Confirming the incident, Mohit's father Anil Mangal, who runs an automobile business in Indore, said Mohit was out of danger.
"My son had no enmity with anyone there and the incident, it appears, might be a continuation of ongoing racial attacks on Indian students in Australia," Anil said.
