DUBAI, United Arab Emirates: Discount airline FlyDubai is marking one month since its deadly crash in Russia by launching a website where users can express their condolences.

The Dubai government-owned airline said on Monday the memorial website "withgreatsadness.com" will go live on Tuesday to collect users' thoughts and photographs.

The Boeing 737-800 plunged into the ground near the airport in the city of Rostov-on-Don on March 19, killing all 62 people on board.

Russia's civil aviation authority released its first report on the crash earlier this month. It found that the crew was unable to recover from a nose-down shift in the horizontal stabilizer that occurred after the plane climbed following a second aborted landing during strong winds.
