Manohar Parrikar who resigned as the Defence Minister returned as the Goa Chief Minister on Tuesday. He took oath in the presence of top BJP leaders including party national president Amit Shah, Union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu, Nitin Gadkari in Panjim. But Mr Parrikar's first hurdle as Chief Minister is just a day away, with the Supreme Court ordering a floor test. The BJP is confident but the Congress has levelled a fresh charge, alleging BJP used money power in Goa. Will Mr Parrikar be able to prove majority in Goa Assembly?
