In a conversation with NDTV's Sreenivasan Jain, V. Narayanasamy, Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office says that with the Prime Minister in charge of the Finance Ministry sees more clarity as far as the reforms are concerned. Also says that he feels that cabinet reshuffle should happen after the monsoon session.
