The Lodha Panel has given the BCCI time till October 15 to implement 15 of its proposals at a meeting. This after the BCCI's legal advisor, Justice Markandey Katju, released a report saying that the Supreme Court verdict is unconstitutional and illegal and advised the BCCI to file a review plea.
