Market negative for the 8th consecutive day

In keeping with the global equity markets, Indian stock markets have also tanked for the 8th consecutive day, with Sensex down 2.60 per cent to end 425.41 points lower at 15,946.10 while Nifty was down 127.45 points or 2.60 per cent to 4778.35
