Election Commission bans BJP leader Giriraj Singh from campaigning in Bihar and Jharkhand after his remarks that Narendra Modi's critics will have "no place in India". This, on a day Mr Modi tweeted that those claiming to be BJP's well-wishers are "deviating the campaign" by making such comments.
