"On very innocuous cases, the MP government has referred cases for CBI inquiry. Why are they fighting shy of handing over Vyapam investigation to the CBI?" asked Digvijaya Singh in an exclusive interview to NDTV. On the Vyapam death trail in Madhya Pradesh, Barkha Dutt interviewed the Congress general secretary from the house of Dr Rajendra Arya, who was out on bail and died mysteriously last week. "I have no faith in the Special Task Force of Madhya Pradesh," he said accusing the Mr Chouhan's government of not taking action against officers who are on "a (money) collection binge". Calling for an impartial probe from the CBI, he said everyone involved in the scam must be punished, even if they are Congress leaders. "If it means Digvijaya Singh is also a party to this, you send Digvijaya Singh to jail also," he said.
