National Herald: Top Court Rejects Gandhis' Plea To Stop Trial

Both Subramanian Swamy and the Congress party today claimed victory in the ongoing National Herald Case in the Supreme Court. The Gandhis will not have to make a personal appearance but the case will go on. The top court also expunged parts of Delhi High Court's December 2015 order with incriminating inferences and 'firm conclusions' saying the judge's observations prejudiced the trial. Is this a setback for the Gandhis or vindication?
