Amid rising inflation and bleak fiscal situation, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee has a tough task in hand to consider all this while presenting the Union Budget for 2011-12. Experts say to tackle this situation the minister may present a non-expansionary Budget with higher taxes on commodities and services.
