In an exclusive interview with NDTV, Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde says the ministry may fall short of power target by 10,000-15,000 MW due to coal shortage. He adds that the ministry is not rethinking of cutting short the size UMPPs given that environment ministry are giving speedy clearances.
