Just before elections, it is raining chapatis in Chennai. After her super-hit Rs 1 idli, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa today launched chapatis at Amma Canteens at Rs 3 for two. These would be served between 6 PM and 9 PM so the poor could have a good dinner at an affordable price.
