NIFT Students Design IKEA'S Made-In-India Range

IKEA, the world's biggest furniture retailer may not have a presence in India right now, but it is all set to launch the Made-in-India global range of products. The range has been designed by the students at National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in New Delhi. This new range called 'SVARTAN' will be available in over 400 IKEA stores across the world starting next year. The company is also set to enter India next year with its first store in Hyderabad. We caught up with IKEA's lead designer at its global headquarters in Almhult, Sweden to talk about this Made in India range and much more.
