Wrong to call climate talks stalemate a breakdown: Ramesh

Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh, currently in Cancun in Mexico for the UN Summit on Climate Change, insists it's not all gloom and doom despite the predictable stalemate between the developed and the developing worlds on the issue of emission cut backs. The minister, who held talks with African nations on Monday, says while there has been no breakthrough so far, it would be wrong to call the stalemate a breakdown.
