Where are the women scientists?

At the Indian Science Congress in Bhubaneswar, more than 15,000 scientists from India and abroad are deliberating on how to make science more inclusive and the role of women in science. Ironically, in 99 years of this mega event, only four women have ever led the event. Today, women constitute only a small minority of the entire scientific community. We try to get you an answer on why women are missing from the laboratories.
